How does escrow protection work?
When you make a purchase, your payment is held securely in escrow until you confirm delivery. This ensures you receive the correct item before funds are released to the seller.
How do I become a seller?
Click on "Become Seller" in the navigation menu and complete the registration process. You'll need to provide KYC documents for verification.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept M-Pesa, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number. You can track your order from your dashboard under "My Orders".
