Dale is an online marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers of automotive parts. The Platform facilitates transactions through escrow protection services.

Dale does not own, manufacture, or sell any products. We are a technology platform that enables transactions between independent buyers and sellers.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Seller Obligations

Sellers on Dale agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete product descriptions
• Ship items as described and within stated timeframes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respond promptly to buyer inquiries and disputes
• Complete KYC verification as required

5. Buyer Obligations

Buyers on Dale agree to:

• Verify product compatibility before purchase
• Make payments through approved payment methods
• Confirm delivery when items are received
• File disputes promptly if issues arise
• Provide accurate shipping information

6. Payments and Fees

Dale charges platform fees on transactions. Current fee structure:

• Platform fee: 5% of transaction value
• Payment processing fees may apply
• All fees are clearly displayed before checkout
• Fees are non-refundable except in cases of platform error

7. Escrow Protection

Dale provides escrow protection for transactions:

• Funds are held securely until delivery confirmation
• Disputes are resolved by Dale's admin team
• Decisions are final and binding
• Escrow does not guarantee product quality

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Listing counterfeit or stolen items
• Misrepresenting products or services
• Circumventing platform fees
• Engaging in fraudulent activities
• Violating any applicable laws

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Dale, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Dale or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
